Job summary

Rosewood Hotel Group at The Chancery Rosewood in London seeks a Director of Guest Experience to provide senior operational leadership across guest-facing departments and ensure a consistent luxury guest journey.

You will oversee evening and weekend coverage from 3pm, drive Rooms and F&B alignment, and lead VIP briefings while maintaining high service standards with discretion and influence.

Qualifications

• Senior operational experience within a luxury hotel environment.
• Strong understanding of Rooms and Food & Beverage operations.
• Calm, credible and visible leadership with floor presence.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior operational leadership across guest-facing departments and ensure continuity of service during peaks.
• Strengthen alignment between Rooms and F&B to deliver a seamless guest journey.
• Lead cross-departmental briefings for VIP arrivals, events and peak occupancy periods.
• Monitor service standards, guest feedback and quality metrics; intervene as needed.
• Act as liaison between Rooms Division and Food & Beverage to support service delivery.
• Lead the evening and weekend operation, including 3pm onwards shifts, especially in the absence of the Hotel Manager.
