Job summary

Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane is seeking a Group Rooms Coordinator to join our Reservations team. You will manage all group room reservations from initial booking through to departure, maintain group blocks, and ensure contractual obligations are fulfilled.

The role requires precise communication with Sales, Conference Services, Revenue Management, and operations, while maintaining guest satisfaction. Enjoy a 40-hour week, with a competitive package and extensive staff benefits.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Reservations, Revenue, Sales Support, or a similar hospitality role.

Responsibilities

• Manage all group room reservations from initial booking through to departure.
• Monitor and maintain group room blocks within hotel inventory.
• Ensure all group contractual obligations and reservation requirements are fulfilled.
• Liaise with Sales Managers, Conference Services Managers, Revenue Management, and operations.
• Manage rooming lists, reservation amendments, and group block adjustments.
• Maintain accurate reservation records and guest information in hotel systems.
• Communicate group requirements and updates to stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to maximise occupancy and revenue while maintaining guest satisfaction.
