Job summary

The Lanesborough is seeking a Sales & Marketing professional to drive group business and MICE initiatives in London. You will manage end-to-end group bookings, coordinate with hotel departments, and lead internal meetings to ensure seamless execution.

Ideal candidates will have experience in hotel sales, strong account management, and proficiency with CRM systems to maintain up-to-date activity records and client communications.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel sales and handling group bookings.
• Ability to manage group accounts from enquiry to billing.
• Familiarity with B2B CRM and cross-department coordination.

Responsibilities

• Handle group bookings from enquiry to final billing and follow-up.
• Prepare group recaps and coordinate with departments for smooth on-site execution.
• Lead internal group meetings and report to HODs with updates.
