Job summary

The Londoner, part of Edwardian Hotels London, is recruiting a Senior Group Sales Manager to drive end-to-end group and events sales. You will lead proactive and reactive sales efforts, manage high‑value accounts, and partner with Operations and Revenue to deliver flawless, memorable experiences for clients.

Success requires proven 5‑star luxury group sales experience, strong relationship skills and a track record of exceeding revenue targets.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in group sales within a 5‑star hotel or luxury hospitality environment.
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of exceeding revenue targets.
• Exceptional relationship-building and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end sales for corporate events, social functions and luxury group bookings.
• Build and maintain relationships with key clients, agencies and partners to maximise repeat business.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets across events and group segments.
• Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts and forecast accurately.
• Identify new business opportunities and represent The Londoner at client showcases.
• Collaborate with Events Operations, Revenue, Marketing and Front Office for seamless client experiences.
