Job summary

The Lanesborough in London is seeking an engaging Front Office professional to be the first and last point of contact for guests in a luxury 4- or 5-star setting. You will deliver personalised service with warmth, professionalism and attention to detail.

Previous Front Office experience in luxury hotels, ideally in London, is essential; immaculate grooming, strong English, and flexibility for a 24-hour cycle are required. Opera system knowledge is preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous Front Office experience in a 4* or 5* establishment is essential and experience in the luxury London market would be preferred.
• Excellent command of the English language and a second language would be preferred
• Immaculate grooming standards
• Show drive for Excellent Customer Service
• Ability to work on own initiative is essential
• Be available, flexible and willing to work a 24h roaster when required
• Knowledge of Opera system would be preferred
