• Confident in leading, supporting and motivating a team.
• Skilled at managing service flow and stepping in to support during busy periods.
• Experience with Forbes and LQA Standards.

Responsibilities

• Creating renowned memorable experiences for all our guests.
• Supervising the Reception team under the direction of the Front Office Manager.
• Ensuring the Reception team is appropriately trained.
• Maximising occupancy and revenue while maintaining high standards of guest service.
• Evaluating employees, promoting appropriately and managing performance.
