Minor Hotels Europe & Americas is opening The WestDill Mayfair Hotel London, Colbert Collection, and seeks a Front Desk Agent to deliver personalized guest experiences and support smooth Front Office operations in line with our luxury positioning.

Join the launch team in Mayfair, contribute to shaping culture, service standards, and guest experiences from day one, with opportunities to assist VIP arrivals, upsell services, and work across Front Office shifts including overnight coverage.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Front Office role within luxury hospitality.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to anticipate guest needs.
• Experience with PMS and Front Office systems; excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a warm, professional arrival and departure.
• Ensure accurate check-in/check-out in line with luxury standards.
• Provide personalized recommendations and local insights.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping and other departments for seamless service.
• Support VIP arrivals and special guest requests.
• Assist across Front Office shifts, including overnight coverage when required.
• Promote hotel services and upsell where appropriate.
• Maintain highest Front Office standards and guest service quality.
