Job summary

Maybourne seeks an exceptional Rooms Reservations Sales Consultant to join our Corporate Office team. You will handle reservations for multiple luxury hotels, ensuring top-tier service and revenue optimization.

Responsibilities include managing rates, making bookings to standard, and cross-selling to maximise revenue while upholding the Maybourne Standards of Service. A hospitality background is preferred and a customer-centric approach is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in reservations or hospitality preferred.
• Strong customer service mindset and communication abilities.
• Ability to work to high standards in a luxury hotel environment.

Responsibilities

• Be fully conversant with all rates operated by each hotel and sell within revenue management controls.
• Make room reservations to the required standards.
• Use proper telephone techniques with internal and external customers and uphold Maybourne Standards of Service.
• Maximise room revenue through cross selling and upselling.
• Assist the Restaurant Reservations team when possible.
• Create renowned memorable experiences for our guests.
