Four Seasons Hotel Hampshire is seeking a highly motivated Guest Service Agent to join our Front Office team. You will welcome guests, process arrivals and departures, respond to inquiries, maintain guest profiles and billing records, and collaborate with Concierge, Housekeeping and F&B to ensure seamless experiences.

We value a passion for hospitality, excellent communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in guest service, reception or customer-facing roles.
• Passion for hospitality and guest experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organised with attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
• Confident with hotel systems and MS Office.
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
