Claibon Recruitment is seeking an immaculately presented Day Concierge for a prestigious riverside development in London. You will work 7am-7pm on a 4 on 4 off rota, at the main reception in Rotherhithe, delivering first-class front of house service and resident support.

Responsibilities include coordinating with contractors, monitoring security, and ensuring health and safety compliance while liaising with the General Manager on maintenance needs.

• Experience in a similar high end establishment.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Excellent organisational skills.
• Good initiative and self-motivation.
• Strong proven track record.

Aufgaben

• Provide a professional and welcoming front of house reception for residents and visitors.
• Assist with residents' requests and deliver a bespoke 5* service.
• Deal with visiting contractors ensuring they have the right to be there.
• Monitor the security of the building and ensure safety standards are met.
• Liaise with the General Manager on site/maintenance issues requiring action.
