Job summary

Claibon Recruitment is recruiting for a high-end Front of House Concierge in a prestigious London residential development. You will work Day and Night shifts, 7am-7pm or 7pm-7am, 4 on 4 off, delivering a 5-star level of service and maintaining security.

You must be well presented, service‑driven and fluent in English, with a track record in private blocks, five‑star hotels, or corporate environments. The role emphasizes guest relations, safety and lifestyle services.

Our client is looking for the best of the best and seriously top notch front of house Day and Night Concierge to work in a team at their modern high end residential development. Shifts will be 7am-7pm or 7pm-7am 4 on 4 off. Your primary responsibility will be to maintain a first class front of house reception service whilst maintaining high levels of security and safety within the building. You will be required to undertake regular walks of the building, dealing with guests, contractors, deliveries etc. It is a truly exclusive development where the Concierge team will be involved in providing lifestyle services and more than a 5 star Concierge service. You must be extremely well presented, very service orientated and polite with a solid proven track record of high end experience in either a private apartment block or similar such as a five star hotel or high profile corporate environment.
