Job summary

Rendall & Rittner is seeking a Day Concierge for a contemporary 12-storey waterside development in Paddington Basin, W2. You will welcome residents and guests and coordinate smooth building operations to create a calm, safe living environment.

You’ll manage access, deliveries and enquiries, liaise with security and contractors, and maintain the reception and communal areas to a high standard on 4on-4off shifts from 07:00 to 19:00.

Qualifications

• Front-of-house or concierge experience in residential, hotel or corporate settings.
• Working knowledge of access control, CCTV or building safety procedures.
• Using property management or ticketing systems to log and track tasks.
• Experience coordinating contractors and following up on maintenance issues.

Responsibilities

• Greeting residents and visitors, managing access and deliveries.
• Responding to enquiries in person, by phone and email, resolving or escalating as needed.
• Conducting regular checks of reception and communal areas, maintaining housekeeping standards.
• Monitoring building security and CCTV in line with procedures, liaising with the 24-hour security team.
• Logging repairs and updates to residents on progress; maintaining shift handover notes.
