Job summary

Rendall & Rittner is seeking a Head Concierge for a luxury residential development at Discovery Dock West, Canary Wharf. You’ll lead the front desk, manage a small team and ensure five-star service across reception, deliveries and resident requests in a premium hotel-style environment. The role requires leadership under pressure and a strong focus on safety and standards. The team offers fully funded training and a pension scheme, with 16 holiday days plus bank holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a concierge/front-of-house team in luxury or premium services environments.
• Strong customer service orientation with a calm, proactive leadership style.
• Ability to coordinate with contractors, residents and building management to maintain standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead the concierge function and set the tone for five-star service.
• Oversee shifts, handovers and daily briefings to meet service priorities.
• Manage parcels, deliveries, access passes and lobby CCTV.
• Coordinate bookings for amenities and move-ins/outs for residents.
• Liaise with contractors and building management to schedule works.
• Maintain accurate incident reports, logs and compliance checklists.
