Job summary

The Pembroke in London is seeking a polished Host & Club Receptionist to join our front-of-house team. You will welcome members and guests, manage reservations, and coordinate with dining and floors to ensure a seamless, personalised visit.

A luxury club background and discreet professionalism are essential. You will work across reception and reservations, helping with guest flow, VIP requests, and data handling, with evening/weekend hours required.

Qualifications

• Experience in host, receptionist or front-of-house roles within luxury hospitality or private clubs.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a guest-centric approach.
• Polished, professional appearance and demeanour with attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and stay composed in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a warm, polished welcome to members and guests on arrival.
• Manage check-ins and reservations with accuracy and efficiency.
• Handle calls, emails and booking requests promptly and professionally.
• Maintain up-to-date member profiles with preferences and notes.
• Coordinate with restaurant and bar teams to manage guest flow across the club.
• Support VIP arrivals and special requests for a seamless experience.
• Maintain reception area to high standards of presentation and organisation.
• Provide information about facilities, events and services confidently.
• Uphold data protection, privacy and security standards.
