Job summary

Kayali is seeking a Full-Time Retail Sales Consultant for the Selfridges Trafford Centre counter in Manchester. You will deliver luxury, personalized service, guide customers through fragrance families, and use Kayali layering techniques to drive engagement.

As the brand ambassador on counter, you will strive to hit daily and monthly sales targets while maintaining impeccable merchandising, stock, and hygiene standards. Weekend, late-night peak shifts are expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of retail experience in beauty, fragrance, or luxury.
• Strong interpersonal and selling skills.
• Confident, energetic, and comfortable approaching new customers.
• Organised and reliable in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Availability to work weekends, late nights and peak periods.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a luxury, personalized service to every customer.
• Guide customers through Kayali’s fragrance families and layering techniques.
• Support counter in achieving daily and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain product knowledge, merchandising, and hygiene standards.
• Participate in training to refine selling and fragrance education.
• Support in-store events, sampling, and masterclass moments.
