Job summary

Zachary Daniels has a premium fragrance role at Trafford Centre, Manchester. As a Fragrance Consultant, you will be the face of the brand on the shop floor, guiding customers through fragrance stories and creating meaningful connections.

You will deliver tailored service, introduce fragrance profiles and layering combinations, and build loyalty with customers. The position offers up to £30k plus commission and staff benefits in a luxury retail setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in beauty, fragrance or premium retail.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to engage and build rapport quickly.
• Commercial mindset with passion for selling.
• Energetic, polished and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility across weekends and peak trading periods.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an elevated, personalised service that feels engaging.
• Introduce fragrance profiles and layering recommendations to clients.
• Build relationships to drive loyalty and repeat engagement.
• Support daily/weekly sales through proactive selling.
• Represent the brand with energy and consistency.
• Continue developing product knowledge through learning and immersion.
• Maintain counter standards and product presentation.
• Assist stock movement, replenishment and tester presentation.
• Contribute to events, launches and client activations.
