Zachary Daniels is partnering with a globally recognised premium fragrance house to appoint a Fragrance Consultant at the Trafford Centre, Manchester. You will be the face of the brand on the shop floor, delivering personalised fragrance experiences and driving sales within a luxury retail environment.

The role requires strong customer interaction skills, a commercial mindset and the ability to engage quickly with clients, with weekends and peak trading periods working.

Qualifications

• Experience in beauty, fragrance, or premium retail.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to engage and build rapport quickly.
• Commercial mindset with a passion for selling.
• Energetic and polished in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Deliver an elevated, tailored service on the shop floor.
• Introduce clients to fragrance profiles and layering.
• Build relationships to drive loyalty and repeat engagement.
• Support daily and weekly sales goals through proactive selling.
• Represent the brand with energy, confidence and consistency.
• Continue building fragrance expertise through learning and product immersion.
• Maintain product presentation and counter standards.
