Zachary Daniels Recruitment is partnering with a globally premium fragrance house to appoint a Fragrance Consultant in a flagship Central London department store. You will be the face of the brand on the shop floor, delivering personalised experiences through scent and storytelling.

This role offers up to £28k with commission, generous product allowance, staff discount, and wellbeing benefits. Weekend availability, high-energy luxury retail setting, and opportunities to engage with new product

Qualifications

• Experience in beauty, fragrance, or premium retail.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Commercial mindset with a genuine passion for selling.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of the brand on the shop floor, delivering fragrance storytelling.
• Introduce clients to fragrance profiles and layering combinations.
• Build relationships to drive loyalty and repeat engagement.
• Support daily and weekly sales goals through proactive selling.
• Represent the brand with energy, confidence, and consistency.
• Engage customers and create footfall through confident interaction.
• Maintain counter standards and stock movement.
