Four Seasons Hotel Hampshire, nestled in the Hampshire countryside, invites applications for a Food & Beverage Server at Wild Carrot, our signature restaurant.

You will deliver warm, personalised service, develop menu knowledge, and work with a skilled team to ensure memorable dining experiences in a luxury setting.

Candidates should have hospitality experience and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays; UK right to work required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional food and beverage service to guests in Wild Carrot.
• Develop knowledge of menus, beverages, ingredients, and specials.
• Take orders accurately and efficiently while maintaining Four Seasons standards.
• Serve food and drinks professionally and promptly.
• Anticipate guest needs and provide personalised experiences.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation throughout the restaurant.
• Support setup and breakdown of service periods.
• Collaborate with kitchen and F&B team for seamless service.

We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Food & Beverage Server to join our Wild Carrot team. In this guest-facing role, you will play an essential part in creating memorable dining experiences by delivering warm, personalised, and attentive service. You will work closely with the restaurant team to ensure every guest enjoys exceptional food, impeccable service, and the welcoming atmosphere that defines Four Seasons.

What You Will Do

• Deliver exceptional food and beverage service to guests in Wild Carrot, ensuring a memorable dining experience from arrival to departure
• Develop comprehensive knowledge of menus, beverages, ingredients, and daily specials to confidently guide guest choices
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently while maintaining Four Seasons service standards
• Serve food and drinks in a professional, friendly, and timely manner
• Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests, creating personalised experiences whenever possible
• Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and presentation standards throughout the restaurant
• Support set-up and breakdown of restaurant service periods
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen and wider Food & Beverage team to ensure seamless service delivery
• Handle guest feedback professionally, escalating concerns where appropriate
• Ensure compliance with food safety, health and safety, and Four Seasons operational standards

What You Bring

• Previous experience in a restaurant, bar, hotel, or hospitality environment is preferred
• A genuine passion for food, beverage, and delivering exceptional guest service
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A positive attitude and the ability to build rapport with guests and colleagues alike
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards
• The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, luxury hospitality environment
• A team-oriented approach with a willingness to learn and develop
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required
