Eurest is seeking a Food & Beverage Manager to lead a prestigious Champagne Bar and premium dining offer within H Beauty, Glasgow. The role requires ownership of day-to-day operations, driving profitability and delivering exceptional guest experiences in a luxury retail environment.

The successful candidate will lead a 46-cover restaurant and champagne bar, manage a high-performing team, and maximise profitability while maintaining the brand's standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing a premium restaurant, bar or hospitality operation.
• Strong P&L management experience and accountability.
• Demonstrable success in driving sales and profitability.
• Commercially focused with a hands-on leadership style.

Responsibilities

• Own the venue's day-to-day operation and commercial success.
• Drive revenue growth and meet financial targets.
• Lead, coach and develop the front-of-house team.
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences and luxury service standards.
• Manage labour costs, stock control and operational efficiencies.
• Develop sales initiatives and promotional activity.
• Maintain compliance, health & safety, and food safety standards.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders and brand partners.
