Eurest is seeking a Food & Beverage Manager to lead a prestigious Champagne Bar and premium dining offer within H Beauty, Glasgow. The role requires ownership of day-to-day operations, driving profitability and delivering exceptional guest experiences in a luxury retail environment.

The successful candidate will lead a 46-cover restaurant and champagne bar, manage a high-performing team, and maximise profitability while maintaining the brand's standards.

The Role

As Food & Beverage Manager, You Will Have Full Responsibility For The Day-to-day Operation And Commercial Success Of The Venue, Including

• Full ownership of the venue's Profit & Loss account
