Job summary

The Food & Beverage Manager will be responsible for leading all dining, bar, lounge, in-room dining, and event catering operations, ensuring every guest receives an exceptional, luxury-level service experience. This role demands a highly organised, guest-focused leader with strong commercial awareness and a passion for delivering five-star hospitality.

Qualifications

Proven experience as an F&B Manager or senior F&B leader in luxury hotels.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Deep knowledge of food, wines, spirits, and premium dining trends.
Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
Experience managing budgets and achieving revenue targets.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operation of all F&B venues, including restaurant, bars, lounge, room service and banqueting.
Ensure service standards, SOPs and luxury guidelines are met.
Maintain floor presence to support teams and engage guests.
Manage health, safety and food hygiene compliance.
Recruit, train and lead a high-performing F&B team.
Develop revenue strategies and monitor budgets, payroll and stock.
Collaborate with Executive Chef on menu development and beverage lists.
Coordinate weddings, conferences and luxury events with the events team.
