Hand Picked Hotels is seeking a Sales and Events Executive for Brandshatch Place Hotel & Spa. The role involves converting enquiries into bookings and guiding events from inquiry to handover, with a focus on personalised service and attention to detail.

You will develop relationships with clients for weddings, private dining, and corporate occasions, delivering elegant, tailored experiences. Flexible 20-hour part-time role with opportunity to grow within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales and events, ideally within a luxury hotel or venue.
• A proven track record of converting enquiries into confirmed business.
• Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
• A proactive and customer-focused approach.
• Confidence in using hotel systems, with Opera experience preferred.
• The ability to build rapport quickly and maintain long-term client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Transform enquiries into confirmed bookings and guide each event from initial conversation through to a polished handover to our operations team.
• Build warm, trusted relationships with clients and bring their vision to life for weddings, private dining and milestone events.
• Lead the planning journey with tailored recommendations and a highly personalised approach.
• Ensure exceptional guest experiences with impeccable standards and attention to detail.
