Job summary

Hand Picked Hotels' Grand Jersey Hotel & Spa is seeking a Sales & Events Executive to drive weddings and events from enquiry to booking. The role covers administrative duties, contract processing, invoicing and ensuring smooth delivery in collaboration with operations.

You will build strong relationships with clients and colleagues, participate in team meetings, and work a 40-hour week across five days, including weekends on a rota. A competitive hourly rate plus benefits awaits.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales & events, preferably in luxury hotels.
• Ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Willingness to work in a customer-focused luxury hospitality environment.

Responsibilities

• Support weddings and events by managing enquiries and converting leads into bookings.
• Oversee Sales & Events administration, invoices, contracts and follow-ups.
• Collaborate with operational departments to plan and deliver events.
• Build relationships with customers and teams, attend regular meetings.
• Assist in achieving sales targets and KPIs.
