Job summary

Coworth Park, part of Dorchester Collection, seeks an Events Operations Manager to lead our events teams, delivering luxury service and unforgettable experiences for guests across our 240 acres.

You will coach staff, coordinate across departments, manage guest stays, and uphold our values of personality, passion, respect, and creativity within a dynamic, high-end hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a luxury 5* hotel or high-end hospitality environment.
• Excellent English written and spoken communication.
• Proven leadership and team coaching abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead events teams to deliver service excellence for guests across the estate.
• Ensure smooth day-to-day operation of both events departments to maximise guest experience.
• Communicate with other departments and extended hotel team to maintain alignment.
• Oversee staff welfare, morale, and annual performance reviews and training.
• Coordinate planning for guest stays by researching and communicating with departments to create memorable experiences.
