Coworth Park is seeking an experienced Events Operations Manager to oversee all group, social, banquet and F&B events at its five‑star property. You will lead the Events Operations team, drive service excellence and ensure spaces reflect a luxury guest experience.

With a focus on guest satisfaction, you’ll adapt to challenges, optimise operations, and mentor your team to deliver memorable events that maximize business growth for the hotel.

What you'll do

You’ll love what you do and take pride in delighting our guests:

• You will ensure the smooth operation and service of all group, social, banquet and planned food and beverage events to ensure our guests receive nothing but the best experience. This will include managing, leading and motivating the Events Operations team, continually improving service & operational systems, and ensuring the event spaces and environment are consistent with a 5-star establishment in order to meet & exceed guest expectations and maximize business growth.
• You’ll also show flexibility and creativity in dealing with challenges that may arise during the day, to ensure that we meet our guest’s special requests
