Job summary

Nobu Hotel London Portman Square is seeking an experienced Events Operations Supervisor to join the Meetings & Events team. You will lead event service teams, coordinate set-up and delivery across our ballroom and meeting spaces, and ensure flawless execution from start to finish.

In this fast-paced luxury environment you will anticipate needs, solve problems and inspire your team while maintaining guest satisfaction and high standards.

Qualifications

• Experience within meetings and events, banqueting or food & beverage operations.
• Ability to lead teams in a busy luxury environment.
• Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail.
• Calm under pressure and committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate event service teams to deliver exceptional service standards.
• Coordinate event set-up, execution and breakdown to meet plan.
• Build relationships with clients, event organisers and guests to create memorable experiences.
• Oversee all aspects of event operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Collaborate with kitchen, sales and operations to deliver seamless events.
• Manage last-minute changes professionally while maintaining service quality.
• Support training and development of colleagues to build a high-performing team.
• Conduct briefings and ensure cross-department communication.
