Nobu Hotel London Portman Square seeks an experienced Events Operations Supervisor to lead our Meetings & Events team in delivering flawless, luxury events. You will oversee event service on the floor, brief teams, and ensure guests receive personalised, seamless service throughout their journey.

In this role you will coordinate set-ups, collaborate with kitchen and sales, manage last-minute changes, and mentor colleagues to build a high-performing team.

Qualifikationen

• Experience within meetings and events, banqueting or food and beverage operations.
• Ability to lead teams in a busy luxury environment.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.

Aufgaben

• Lead and motivate event service teams to deliver exceptional service standards.
• Coordinate event set-up, execution and breakdown to exact plans.
• Build relationships with clients, organisers and guests to create memorable experiences.
• Oversee all aspects of event operations ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Collaborate with kitchen, sales and operations for seamless delivery.
• Manage last-minute changes professionally while maintaining service standards.
• Train, coach and develop colleagues to build a high-performing team.
• Conduct briefings and maintain clear inter-department communication.
• Monitor service quality, presentation and guest satisfaction across events.
• Ensure adherence to operational, health and safety and compliance standards.
