Nobu Hotel London Portman Square is seeking a proactive Receptionist to be the welcoming face and guiding voice for our guests in a luxury, fast-paced environment. You will handle the full guest journey, precursor-to-post-stay interactions, and uphold Nobu standards with warmth and precision.

In this role you will manage check-ins, guest requests, and VIP relations, ensuring personalised, crafted experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience in a front of house or guest-facing role.
• Want to work in a luxury hotel setting.
• Able to deliver warm, professional service with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create a warm, welcoming and lasting impression for every guest.
• Manage the full guest journey from pre-arrival to post-stay with care and precision.
• Build genuine relationships with guests, especially VIPs and repeat visitors.
• Provide attentive, natural and friendly service that reflects Nobu standards.
• Answer guest enquiries and follow up promptly and professionally.
• Maintain a tidy, presentable reception area with all necessary materials.
• Be immaculately presented in correct uniform at all times.
• Use OPERA proficiently to capture and manage guest information.
• Anticipate guest needs and deliver personalised, crafted experiences.
