Job summary

Fairmont Southampton is seeking a Beverage Manager to lead and elevate our luxury beverage program across restaurants, lounges, bars, banquets, and events. You will curate menus, train teams, and ensure RSA/TIPS compliance while driving guest satisfaction and revenue.

The role requires 3-5 years of beverage management in luxury settings, strong leadership, and a track record of cost control and menu innovation within a multi-outlet environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of progressive experience in beverage management or luxury hotel settings.
• Proven leadership in a high-volume, luxury environment.
• Experience designing beverage menus and managing costs across multiple outlets.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and enhance the resort's beverage program across all outlets and banquet operations.
• Lead beverage menu curation, including wine lists, cocktails, and non-alcoholic offerings.
• Manage RSA/TIPS compliance, training, and exceptional service standards.
• Oversee inventory, cost of sales, and supplier partnerships to drive profitability.
