Job summary

The Celtic Collection is seeking a Conference & Events Associate at The Parkgate Hotel in Cardiff. You will deliver superb food and beverage service across weddings, private celebrations and corporate events, while setting up elegant spaces and ensuring guest satisfaction.

You’ll work 5 days per week with weekends included, in a luxury hotel environment that values training, career development and a supportive team culture.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality preferred; full training provided.
• Excellent guest service and communication abilities.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends and during busy event periods.

Responsibilities

• Delivering exceptional food and beverage service at weddings, celebrations, meetings and special events.
• Setting up and preparing elegant event spaces to the highest standards.
• Creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for every guest.
• Supporting the smooth running of events alongside hotel colleagues.
