The Celtic Collection's Parkgate Hotel in Cardiff is seeking Conference & Events Associates to deliver seamless service at weddings, private celebrations, meetings and corporate events.

You will set up venues, coordinate with teams, and ensure exceptional guest experiences from arrival to farewell. This fast-paced luxury environment offers ongoing training and development, with shifts that include evenings and weekends.

We are looking for enthusiastic, professional and guest-focused Conference & Events Associates to join our award-winning team and help deliver outstanding service at every occasion.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Conference & Events Associate, you'll be at the heart of every event, ensuring our guests enjoy a seamless and memorable experience from arrival through to the final farewell.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering exceptional food and beverage service at weddings, celebrations, meetings and special events
• Setting up and preparing elegant event spaces to the highest standards
• Creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for every guest
• Supporting the smooth running of events alongside colleagues across the hotel
• Maintaining impeccable presentation standards throughout every event
• Bringing energy, enthusiasm and professionalism to every shift, This is an exciting opportunity to work in one of Cardiff's most iconic luxury hotels, playing a key role in delivering exceptional events and celebrations.
