Job summary

The Celtic Collection is seeking a Conference and Events Supervisor for The Parkgate Hotel in Cardiff. You will lead the events team, coordinate day-to-day operations and ensure a seamless guest experience across all event services.

With a background in hospitality, you will manage staff briefings, uphold high standards of presentation and service, and contribute to memorable occasions in a busy 4/5-star hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Background in hospitality operations with a passion for customer experience.
• Experience in 4* or 5* hotel or high-volume events in a supervisory role.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day activities of the events department for assigned events.
• Organise and brief staff for the food and beverage elements of events.
• Ensure service standards are consistently high throughout the customer journey at The Parkgate Hotel.
