Job summary

Nestlé is seeking a proactive Retail Supervisor for our Nespresso boutique at Fenwick, Newcastle. You will drive sales targets through premium customer experience and leadership of the boutique team.

You will coach Sales Assistants, deliver excellent service, manage escalated complaints and maintain strong internal controls. A luxury retail background is preferred, with passion for coffee and sustainability.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory shop floor experience in retail.
• Luxury retail background preferred, but open to other sectors with appropriate skills.
• Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Attain boutique sales targets through premium customer experience.
• Lead on coaching, training and mentoring Sales Assistants.
• Manage customer feedback, complaints and escalations.
• Maintain internal controls and lead ad hoc audits.
