Job summary

Nestlé Nespresso is seeking a proactive Retail Supervisor to join the Fenwick, Newcastle boutique on a 12-month fixed-term contract basis. You will lead the team, delivering premium customer experience and driving boutique performance.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory shop floor experience in retail.
• Luxury retail background preferred but open to other industries with the required skills.
• Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
• Ability to coach, train and mentor Sales Assistants.
• Ability to maintain a positive, collaborative team culture.

Responsibilities

• Attain sales targets through premium customer experience and boutique performance.
• Complete shop floor observations and provide feedback to the team.
• Utilise customer experience coaching across the team.
• Deliver a high standard of customer service.
• Facilitate team training sessions.
• Take accountability for managing and resolving escalated complaints.
• Monitor and lead on internal control processes.
• Lead on ad hoc audits.
