Nestlé Nespresso SA is seeking a Retail Manager for the Sheffield Meadowhall boutique. You will lead a high-performing team to achieve commercial objectives, elevate the customer experience and embody the Nespresso brand values at a luxury retail location.

You will drive KPIs, plan events, and ensure safe, compliant operations while delivering exceptional service and brand ambassador excellence.

Qualifications

• Proven retail leadership experience, preferably luxury environment.
• Strong focus on delivering exceptional customer experience and brand standards.
• Experience in developing teams and leading performance through KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Translate boutique commercial objectives into KPIs and team goals.
• Develop and execute strategic plan aligned to business goals with stakeholders.
• Align staff schedules with sales plans to ensure floor coverage.
• Model and foster a culture of outstanding service and brand ambassadorism.
• Lead local events to drive brand awareness and engage existing customers.
• Ensure daily operations are safe, compliant and efficient.
