Job summary

Nestlé Nespresso SA is recruiting a Retail Manager for our Sheffield Meadowhall boutique on a 12-month fixed-term contract. You will lead the team to deliver exceptional customer experiences, align operations with commercial KPIs, and drive brand events and product launches.

The role requires proven retail leadership in a premium environment, a passion for customer-centric service, and ability to motivate a high-performing team while upholding Nestlé standards.

Qualifications

• Proven retail leadership experience in a luxury or premium environment.
• Strong focus on delivering exceptional customer experience.
• Experience in leading and developing a team in a fast paced boutique.
• Ability to translate commercial objectives into actionable KPI targets.

Responsibilities

• Own daily boutique operations and champion outstanding customer service.
• Translate boutique objectives into clear team goals and KPIs.
• Develop and execute strategic plans aligned to Nestlé Nespresso Retail goals.
• Schedule staff to ensure optimal floor coverage and customer service.
• Lead by example and coach the team to embody the Nespresso brand.
• Drive local events and product launches to raise brand awareness.
• Maintain safety, compliance, and brand standards across the boutique.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to execute the commercial plan.
