Job summary

Stella McCartney at Bicester Village seeks a Client Style Advisor to act as brand ambassador, delivering exceptional service and driving customer loyalty. You will handle opening/closing duties, maintain stock presentation, assist with shipments and cycles, and uphold brand standards and PCI compliance.

You will build product knowledge, engage customers face-to-face, and develop strong clienteling, with opportunities to contribute to sales targets and rewards via commission.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills; English required, other languages helpful.
• Retail experience in luxury/fashion brands or outlets.
• Face-to-face customer service experience.
• Ability to adapt to frequent change and high-pressure environment.
• Strong clienteling experience.

Responsibilities

• Open/close the store and perform relevant duties.
• Maintain high standards of product presentation and stock replenishment.
• Assist with shipments, transfers and cycle counts as required.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues to customer and company satisfaction.
• Aim for a mystery shop score of 85% when you are the primary sales associate.
• Comply with all policies, procedures, PCI and security guidelines.
