Job summary

Acne Studios in Bicester Village is seeking a full-time Client Advisor to join our luxury retail team. You will nurture loyal customer relationships, drive sales, and deliver an outstanding client experience through every stage of the shopping journey.

You will provide luxury service training and clienteling, welcome customers, cross-sell where appropriate, manage omni-channel services, and support inventory and administrative procedures to ensure store targets are met.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing role in retail or hospitality.
• Proven ability to drive sales and deliver excellent service.
• CRM and clienteling experience.
• Fluent in English (required).
