About the role
As a Luxury Client Sales Executive, you will manage individual accounts and communications for our clients. The ideal candidate will thoughtfully plan and execute exceptional client service, continually seeking to enhance client loyalty and satisfaction—before, during, and after the process. You will be experienced in driving additional revenue and meeting sales targets, with a focus on increasing sales and customer retention through tailored outreach.
We seek someone with a proven track record of adding value and delivering CRM-related projects. You will be the main contact for brides throughout their experience.
As a luxury brand, we pride ourselves on providing flawless service, ensuring our clients receive a consistent experience aligned with our SLAs. This role requires seamless interactions and quick responses; flexibility is essential. A minimum of 2 years’ experience in the luxury fashion industry is preferred.
About you:
We’re looking for a highly organized, self-driven professional with excellent communication skills and a strong sales mindset. In this client-facing role, you'll deliver a seamless, high-touch experience, requiring flexible working hours and the ability to exceed sales targets.
