Job summary

Dior Couture, part of LVMH, is seeking a highly organised CDM Manager for a flagship store in Central London. You will establish client strategies to elevate relationships with top clients, build brand loyalty, and deliver results under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities include recruiting high-potential clients, activations, clienteling, data management, and KPI reporting. Fluency in a second language is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury retail management or marketing.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Outstanding customer service, initiative and commercial creativity.
• Strong knowledge of fashion and trends; luxury product sensitivity.
• Fluency in a second language preferred.

Responsibilities

• Recruit high-potential clients and build partnerships for marketing opportunities.
• Drive client activations; implement clienteling actions and develop loyalty.
• Provide trainings to the sales team on clienteling tools and processes.
• Provide weekly and monthly KPI reports for managers and departments.
• Maintain Dior standards in merchandising, client experience and back-office activities.
