Job summary

Christian Dior Couture in Central London seeks an engaging and highly organised CDM Manager to lead client strategy, elevate top-client relationships and loyalty, and deliver results under tight deadlines.

You will recruit High Potential clients, collaborate with Retail Marketing for activations, and ensure data-driven clienteling and KPI reporting across the shopfloor while upholding Dior standards.

Qualifications

• Previous management marketing or retail experience in the luxury goods
• Excellent communication and relationship building skills
• Outstanding sense of customer service, initiative and commercial creativity with fashion sensitivity
• Strong sensitivity to the luxury products universe
• Strong analytical skills
• Curiosity and agility
• Commercial mindset
• A passion for Christian Dior and our collections
• Strong knowledge of fashion and trends
• Fluency in a second language (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Brand and client strategy development for recruiting high-potential clients
• Plan client activations with marketing and events teams
• Maintain customer data and drive CDM operations and KPI reporting
• Act as brand ambassador at events and store activities
• Coordinate marketing awareness and competitor market insights
