Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales roles.
• Experience in luxury fashion/retail is a plus.
• Previous international experience in professional contexts.
• Passion for retail, client service and luxury fashion.
• Excellent understanding of the luxury sector and product sensitivity.
• Strong communication skills.
• Fluency and sophistication in English; another language is a plus.
• Digitally aware and open to new ways of working.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.

Responsibilities

• Has strong knowledge of the collection and provides insights on fabrics and products.
• Drives sales, achieving individual results and contributing to the team’s results.
• Maximises sales opportunities leveraging cross-selling.
• Supports BOH organization and replenishment/transfer activities.
• Maintains the store’s visual merchandising standards.
• May have opening and closing responsibilities.
