Job summary

Stone Island is seeking a dedicated Client Advisor for our London Soho store, a fixed-term role from October 2026 to January 2027. You will deliver exceptional service to a discerning clientele, and support daily store operations in a fast-paced luxury environment.

Ideal candidates have prior sales experience in luxury fashion, strong English and Mandarin language skills are a plus, and a genuine passion for client service, brand storytelling, and collaborative teamwork.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales roles.
• Experience in structured luxury fashion/retail companies is a plus.
• Previous international experience both in professional and non-professional contexts.
• Passion for retail, client service and the luxury fashion industry.
• Excellent understanding of the luxury sector and product sensitivity.
• Strong communication skills.
• Willingness to evolve in the organisation.
• Fluency & sophistication in English, Mandarin, and another language is a plus.
• Digitally aware and open to new ways of working.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.

Responsibilities

• Has strong knowledge of the collection.
• Provides insights on fabrics and products specificities.
• Drives Sales, achieving individual results and contributing to the team ones.
• Maximises sales opportunity leveraging cross- selling.
• Supports BOH organization and procedures implementation as well as replenishment / transfer activities.
• Supports the maintenance of the store’s visual merchandising standards.
• Opening and closing responsibilities.
