Watchfinder is seeking a Sales Advisor for our Mayfair boutique in London to welcome guests, provide expert service and drive 1:1 luxury sales. You will build client relationships, demonstrate product knowledge and manage appointments in a busy, intimate setting.

The role emphasizes KPI-driven targets, strong communication, and a proactive team player attitude. Previous watch experience is not required, with comprehensive training provided.

Formación

• Experience in luxury retail or frontline sales preferred.
• Strong clienteling and relationship-building abilities.
• Comfort with target-driven sales and KPI metrics.
