Luxury Sales Associate - Fine Watches

Central London

We're looking for an engaging, commercially minded Sales Associate to join a prestigious luxury watch boutique in Mayfair.

This role is about more than selling watches. It's about bringing a brand to life, sharing its story and getting people genuinely interested in the products. We want someone who loves talking to customers, has the confidence to strike up conversations and can turn an initial interest into a memorable experience and, ultimately, a sale.

The Role

Engage customers with enthusiasm, sharing the story behind the brand and the details that make each watch distinctive.

Take a consultative approach to selling, understanding what matters to each client and matching them with the right timepiece.

Build and develop a personal client book, generating repeat business through proactive outreach and strong relationships.

Use CRM to manage client relationships, follow up on opportunities and identify future sales.

Support private appointments, boutique events and after-sales care, ensuring clients receive a consistently high level of service.

About You

You'll ideally have experience selling luxury watches, fine jewellery or other high-value luxury products, with a proven ability to convert conversations into sales.

More importantly, you'll be someone who:

• Has genuine enthusiasm for selling and enjoys engaging with people, whether they're browsing or ready to buy.
• Can confidently tell a brand's story and bring products to life through engaging, relevant conversations.
• Understands consultative selling and knows how to turn product knowledge into a compelling reason to buy.
• Has experience building client relationships, generating repeat business and working with CRM.
• Is commercially driven, proactive and motivated by targets, commission and the opportunity to develop their own client base.
