Job summary

Outside The Box Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Certified Pre-Owned Senior/Sales Consultant for a luxury fine watches brand in Central London. You will build relationships, deliver exemplary client service, and guide clients through authenticating and purchasing historic timepieces.

The role requires passion, strong English, and the ability to attend evening events to network with clients. You will work with a small team and be expected to exceed sales targets and maintain brand standards.

Qualifications

• Must have a minimum of 2 yrs experience as a luxury fine watches Certified Pre-Owned Senior/Sales Consultant.
• Experience selling luxury jewellery or watches or fashion is desirable.
• Be an ambassador of the company and passionate about the role.

Responsibilities

• Establish rapport with clients, service their requirements and deliver outstanding customer experience.
• Negotiate and authenticate historical fine watch pieces.
• Build and foster a client database and maintain contact.
• Be the go-to person in your area of expertise and exceed targets.
• Stay informed about authentication procedures, product launches, and security policies.
