Job summary

Maison Valentino is seeking a Client Advisor for our Bicester store on a fixed-term basis. You will drive sales, engage clients, and apply storytelling to showcase Valentino creations. You will manage client data, contribute to stock and post-sale processes, and use our store systems to ensure operational excellence.

The role focuses on achieving targets, building lasting client relationships, and delivering a premium client experience across all sales channels.

Qualifications

• Experience in delivering high-end client experience and achieving sales targets.
• Strong communication and storytelling skills for product presentation.
• Familiarity with Valentino product range and clienteling techniques.
• Ability to work within store operations guidelines and systems.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and meet individual targets through cross-selling and enhanced styling.
• Engage existing clients and recruit new ones via multiple selling channels.
