Maison Valentino Harrods is seeking a Client Advisor to deliver exceptional service and build lasting client relationships within a luxury boutique environment.

You will master the client journey, engage proactively with existing and potential clients, and deliver the Couture Service impeccably across all stages, from preparation to farewell, while aiming for CRM targets and sales KPIs. A flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Responsibilities

• Master the Client Journey to create strong long term client relationships.
• Clientele and proactive engagement with existing and potential clients.
• Deliver the Valentino Couture Service impeccably in every phase (preparation for sale, welcome, exploring the client, presentation, closing and farewell).
• Aware of CRM targets and actively engages in all actions to reach them.
• Implements personalized reach-out campaigns and utilizes clienteling tools to complete CRM tasks within timeframe.
• Consistently captures client data and notes qualitative information.
• Knows their portfolio of customers and VVICs/VICs they handle.
• Consistently works to achieve sales, KPIs and CRM targets.
