You will collaborate with headquarters functions across merchandising, CRM, and VM, ensure product knowledge, visualize displays, and oversee stock, cycle counts, and after-sales processes.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales targets and store productivity through the team.
• Ensure an exceptional client experience from preparation to retention.
• Lead training and development, product knowledge with VM collaboration.
• Oversee stock, cycle counts, transfers and documentation management.
• Collaborate with HQ functions (merchandising, CRM, training, HR) to implement strategies.
• Maintain brand aesthetics by liaising with VM and in-store teams.
